Kirsten Snyder
Kirsten has been representing clients in real estate transactions in the Valley for over 20 years. While working with one of the largest home builders in the nation, she increased sales an average of 300% within 6 months, ranking in top 10 sales agents in metro Phoenix market. She’s earned a reputation for solid market understanding and negotiation. She sits on the Professional Standards Committee for the Realtor Board, is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and is At Home with Diversity. Kirsten graduated with a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, with education in Interior Design. She also holds a master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. She has volunteered and offered grant writing in the community, organized neighborhood groups and served on a planning and zoning village committee for a number of years. Kirsten splits her time in Phoenix and Southern California with her husband of 19 years, 5 children and a Shiba Inu. They have been a foster/adopt family for over a decade. Mary Interiano
Mary studied Real Estate for many years analyzing trends to stay at the forefront of the market. She grew up in the Southwest where her love for Real Estate began, and has lived in North Central Phoenix for the last eight years. She previously worked as a Lead Trainer in Human Resources, and then for the Administrative Office of the State Judicial Council (AOC). From these experiences, Mary brings a research based approach and attention to detail effectively helping clients buy and sell properties for the best possible price.
