Kirsten has been representing clients in real estate transactions in the Valley for over 16 years. While working with one of the largest home builders in the nation, she was selected to troubleshoot and vitalize under-performing subdivisions, increasing sales an average of 300% within 6 months, ranking in top 10 sales agents in metro Phoenix market. She earned a reputation for solid market understanding and negotiation. Kirsten is in the top .002 of Realtors® in the valley to be a member of the Master of Real Estate Society. Education and a growth mindset are of high importance; she also is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and is At Home with Diversity.
Kirsten graduated with a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, with education in Interior Design. She also holds a master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. She has volunteered and offered grant writing in the community, organized neighborhood groups and served on a planning and zoning village committee for a number of years.
Kirsten lives in Phoenix with her husband of 16 years, 5 children and a Shiba Inu. They have been a foster/adopt family for 6+ years. Kirsten and her husband also run a contracting company, Ocotillo Contracting & Design, where they help clients remodel homes. Together they have "fixed and flipped" homes since 2005 and are often called the "Chip and Joanna" of Phoenix. She is your friend in the real estate business!
