February marks 23 years since I was licensed in real estate here in Arizona.
When I started in 2003, I did not know this career would take me deep into the idustry. I thought I would just be selling houses.
Over the years, I have been involved in planning and zoning efforts focused on increasing affordable housing. I have served on the Realtor professional standards committee because the integrity of our industry matters. I have worked with the parks department on projects where community input shaped the design of neighborhood spaces.
I have helped first time investors buy properties that needed work because they made sense long term. Several of those clients have gone on to build significant wealth from those early decisions.
I spent time identifying vacant land parcels for revitalization in downtown areas and assembling investors who cared about improving neighborhoods, not just flipping and leaving.
I have sold more than 500 homes in Arizona. I have built both single family and multi family properties from the ground up. I have managed rentals and short term properties. I have personally flipped or built more than 25 homes.
This work has also allowed me to give back. Over the years, more than $100,000 dollars has been donated to local charities throughout the Valley.
It has been a long, full, and meaningful career so far. I am proud of the homes, the neighborhoods, the people, and the impact. And I am grateful to still be doing the work here in Arizona. Thank you for your continued trust and referrals.
With deep appreciation and gratitude,
Kirsten
